Paper was withdrawn from the AIAA Energy Forum and was presented at the 15th High-Tech Plasma Processes Conference in Toulouse on 6 July 2018 but no paper was submitted.

The final paper will be submitted for presentation at the 13th Ankara International Aerospace Company (AIAC 2025)
